Eating properly when studying can fall into two camps.

Not having the time to cook or inclination (and if the students are young this is quite a likelihood) or not having the money.

Although on the surface Superfood Plus may look expensive in actual fact for around 75p to a £1 a day, serious amounts of high value protein, vitamins, minerals and phyto-nutrients are being consumed.

This means that poor quality canteen food full of cheap bulking ingredients can be offset. Or of course, student style shopping and eating which can be rather hit and miss in terms of vitally important brain food.
